We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to embody our product vision, develop our offerings, and provide an exceptional user experience to our clients across multiple sectors. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the first Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a key role in defining and executing our marketing strategy to position Formality as a leader in the emerging field of back-office automation. This unique opportunity will allow you to shape the presence of a new category combining Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Entity Management.

Your main missions will include:

Market research and positioning

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer personas, industry trends, and the competitive landscape (ELM, GRC, Entity Management…).

  • Define the product positioning and messaging of Formality to resonate with target audiences.

  • Monitor market developments to identify growth opportunities (modules, geographies, sectors) and recommend strategic pivots.

Launch strategy (Go-to-Market)

  • Develop and execute launch strategies for new features, in alignment with the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to create impactful customer materials and train customer-facing teams to ensure a coherent and impactful message.

  • Produce benefit-focused content (case studies, white papers, blog articles) to enhance brand awareness.

  • Organize events: webinars, industry conferences, product tours, and customer workshops.

Customer engagement and feedback

  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers to gather insights and use customer feedback to refine messaging and positioning.

  • Implement initiatives to strengthen customer advocacy, such as testimonial programs, success stories, and a customer product committee.

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Proven experience: 5+ years in a similar role (Product Marketing Manager or equivalent) within a SaaS or tech startup. Experience with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) is a plus.

  • Customer orientation: Ability to transform customer feedback into concrete marketing strategies. Knowledge of the Customer Centric Selling methodology and its application.

  • Communication and content skills: Talent for creating compelling narratives and communicating product value to diverse audiences.
