We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to embody our product vision, develop our offerings, and provide an exceptional user experience to our clients from various sectors. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As the first Product Manager, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a key role in the design, expansion, and optimization of the Formality platform. Your work will focus on the web platform, Slack and Teams applications, as well as native integrations with the main SaaS essential to businesses. A significant part of the mission will involve leveraging LLMs while addressing crucial privacy and security challenges, considering the sensitive data of our clients. Your main tasks will include:
Managing the product roadmap
Define and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with the CPO, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Prioritize features and modules based on their strategic value, customer impact, and development effort.
Adhere to one of our core values: “Eliminate clicks” – by prioritizing intelligent UI/UX interfaces and integrating AI-driven automation where possible.
Oversee the development of features from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Take charge of the design system to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the platform.
Demonstrate rigorous analysis by managing the lifecycle of feature data, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking them over time, and assessing their added value (impact on pricing, costs…).
Manage priorities and provide specifications to a team of 5 members: 1 front-end expert, 2 full-stack engineers, 1 QA specialist, and 1 architect.
Contribute to the Product Playbook by improving team tools, rituals, and practices.
Customer discovery and feedback
Lead ongoing customer discovery by collaborating with Customer Success Managers to gather feedback and identify pain points.
Encourage a co-construction approach with clients to validate ideas and promote product adoption.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to align priorities and ensure the successful implementation of product improvements.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives and priorities.
Internally advocate for the product roadmap to align teams and generate enthusiasm around product objectives.
Communicate product value to clients, ensuring transparency regarding timelines and outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience: 5+ years in a Product Manager role within a SaaS or tech startup.
Customer orientation: Experience in customer discovery, feedback analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Roadmap and delivery process management: Expertise in setting up appropriate processes to manage the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and ensure execution.
Excellent communication: Ability to articulate objectives, decisions, and product updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.
UI/UX: Strong sensitivity to design systems, experience with accessibility standards, and proficiency in Figma.
